Return:  

• All our products are backed by our 14 days change of mind guarantee*.
• Customers must contact us within 14 days after the delivery. If there is no proof of delivery, it will be considered 3 business days from the dispatch date.
• Customer pays for return postage for change of mind returns. Shipping charge (If any) is not refunded in “Change of mind” returns. 
• Items must be returned with original packaging, along with all accessories, be in original condition as received without any damage. For a refund to be issued, all phones be without any Passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other lock restricting the use of the phone by any third party.
