All our refurbished/pre-loved devices comes with 12 months of hardware warranty unless buyers purchased item with extra warranty period (Please choose warranty period from drop down if available). You are entitled for a repair or replacement (in case item is non-repairable) during this period.
The Customer must ship the item back to us for any warranty claims.
Please back-up your data before sending the device to us. The phone should be without any Passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other lock restricting the use of the phone by any third party. We take no responsibility for lost data during repair/warranty claim.
Warranty doesn’t cover physical or water damage. We will cover for return shipping if the phone is repaired in warranty but in case the warranty is void because of Physical/Water damage, the customer has to pay for return shipping or customer has to make their own arrangements to have it shipped back.

Return:

All our products are backed by our 14 days change of mind guarantee*.
Customers must contact us within 14 days after the delivery. If there is no proof of delivery, it will be considered 3 business days from the dispatch date.
Customer pays for return postage for change of mind returns. Shipping charge (If any) is not refunded in “Change of mind” returns.
Items must be returned with original packaging, along with all accessories, be in original condition as received without any damage. For a refund to be issued, all phones be without any Passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other lock restricting the use of the phone by any third party. No Refund will be issued for user locked phones.
The product must be returned to us within 10 days of your request to return.
The product remains the responsibility of the buyer while in return transit. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
